Christina Griffin has taken a bold step in seeking justice against her former employer, accusing them of multiple violations related to employment discrimination and wrongful termination. On November 7, 2025, Christina Griffin filed a complaint in the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento, against Penske Logistics, LLC. The lawsuit highlights a series of alleged unlawful actions by the company following Griffin’s disclosure of her pregnancy.

Griffin’s legal battle centers around claims that Penske Logistics failed to uphold her rights under various California employment laws. According to the complaint, Griffin was employed as an Operations Supervisor starting May 8, 2023. Her responsibilities included coaching drivers and managing safety regulations. However, her professional journey took a distressing turn when she informed her supervisor about her high-risk pregnancy in February 2025. Despite providing necessary medical documentation and requesting reasonable accommodations for her condition, Griffin alleges that she faced discrimination and retaliation from her employer.

The complaint outlines several causes of action against Penske Logistics. These include discrimination based on disability or perceived disability, failure to engage in an interactive process to accommodate Griffin’s medical needs, and wrongful termination in violation of public policy. Furthermore, it accuses the company of violating the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) by denying Griffin’s right to take protected leave for her pregnancy-related health issues.

Griffin asserts that Penske Logistics’ actions have caused significant harm to her personal and professional life. She claims substantial losses in earnings and benefits due to the alleged wrongful termination four months before her anticipated return from maternity leave. Additionally, she cites emotional distress and damage to her reputation as consequences of the company’s conduct.

In response to these grievances, Griffin seeks comprehensive relief from the court. Her demands include compensatory damages for lost wages and benefits, punitive damages for willful misconduct by Penske Logistics, and injunctive relief to prevent further violations of employment laws by the company. Moreover, she requests reimbursement for attorneys’ fees incurred during this legal pursuit.

Represented by attorneys Aidin D. Ghavimi and Benjamin D. Weisenberg from Starpoint LC law firm based in Sherman Oaks, CA., Christina Griffin stands determined in her quest for justice against Penske Logistics LLC., with Judge E. Macdonald presiding over Case No: #2“ OS Foose.
