Plaintiff Alleges Former Employer Paramount Lender Solutions Engaged in Discrimination and Retaliation

Adam Lamb Sr. has filed a lawsuit against his former employer, alleging a series of discriminatory and retaliatory actions that culminated in his wrongful termination. The complaint was lodged on November 24, 2025, in the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento, against Paramount Lender Solutions LLC and its associated entities. Lamb accuses these companies and an individual named Dakota Wenner of various violations under California law.

The case centers around Adam Lamb Sr., who worked as a tow truck driver for Paramount Lender Solutions LLC, a company providing vehicle repossession services across several states. Lamb claims that during his employment, he was subjected to sexual harassment by his trainer, Dakota Wenner. Despite reporting this behavior to his supervisor Nick Anderson, no corrective action was taken. In addition to the harassment allegations, Lamb suffered a workplace injury that led to further complications with his employer. After injuring his shoulder on August 19, 2025, due to faulty equipment, Lamb sought medical attention but faced interference from Anderson who discouraged him from filing a workers’ compensation claim and instead suggested handling it as a cash transaction.

Lamb’s complaints also include accusations of discrimination based on disability and retaliation following his reports of workplace misconduct. He alleges that after reporting both the harassment and injury-related issues, he was abruptly terminated on August 25, 2025. The justification provided for his dismissal was deemed pretextual by Lamb as it followed closely after he raised concerns about workplace safety and discrimination.

The lawsuit lists multiple causes of action including discrimination based on disability (Govt. Code § 12940(a)), failure to accommodate disability (Govt. Code § 12940(m)(1)), retaliation (Govt. Code § 12940(h)), sexual harassment (Govt. Code § 12940(j)(1)), whistleblower retaliation (Lab. Code § 1102.5(b)), and failure to provide employment records (Lab. Code §§ 1198.5, 226, 432). Adam Lamb Sr.’s legal representation is seeking compensatory damages exceeding $3 million for lost wages and benefits along with punitive damages due to the alleged malicious conduct by the defendants.

In pursuit of justice, Adam Lamb Sr.’s attorneys are demanding statutory penalties for each violation alongside attorney’s fees and costs associated with the litigation process. They are also seeking injunctive relief to prevent further violations by the defendants under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
